Gary Farmer is an Englishman based in Melbourne. He is a personal trainer and fitness coach with the usual interests in diet and exercise. He is passionate about travel and sport, and is an international athlete. Gary has a compulsion to find his personal limits, and push beyond them. Gary Farmer has been a single-leg amputee following a car accident in 1990, when he was five years old.
Gary is not sure where to start with how he started writing. Having come from a sporting background, he has recently been lucky enough to travel extensively over the past few years. Having written blogs in various places during that time, he thought it was time to get his experiences down on paper. So here it is: rambling about rambling, talking about the walking, going over the many once-in-a-lifetime moments for which he is infinitely grateful.
